The snap-tab collar
A tab across the throat that snaps shut. At speed, an open collar funnels air straight down the front of the jacket — the reason riders arrive cold in weather that felt mild standing still. The tab closes that gap without the bulk of a full stand collar.
Undone, it sits flat and the jacket reads as a plain leather jacket rather than as gear.
Why two-tone matters here
Black leather jackets are the default, which is the problem: they are everywhere and they are anonymous. The grey panels break up the shape without adding colour, so the jacket is recognisable at a glance and still goes with everything.

Care
Store on a wide hanger away from direct heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after riding in dust or rain. Apply leather conditioner two or three times a year, paying attention to the elbows where the leather flexes most.
