The "Fashion Racing Department" jacket in 1.3–1.4 mm cowhide with removable CE-certified protectors at the shoulders and elbows, and impact-absorbing padding across the back panel.
Built for a sportbike position: curved sleeves follow the reach to the bars, leather corrugations across the back and sleeves let the arms move, and side velcro adjusters pull the waist in so the armor stays located at speed.

Protection, precisely
CE-certified protectors sit at the shoulders and elbows — the zones that make first contact in a fall. The back panel carries impact-absorbing padding, which is not CE-certified.
All protectors are removable. Riders who want certified spine protection fit a separate CE back protector, which slots in behind the existing padding, or wear an armored base layer underneath.
Titanium thread
Seams are double and triple stitched with titanium thread. In a slide, the leather holds only as long as the stitching does — the panels separate at the seam before the hide itself gives out. Thread strength is what buys you the extra metres.
The aerodynamic hump
The hump at the upper back is not decoration. On a sportbike with your head down, air separates behind the helmet and creates turbulence that pulls at the neck over long stretches. The hump smooths that transition — and on this jacket it also vents airflow across the back.
Reflective on three surfaces
Reflective corrugations and stripes run across the back, the chest and the sleeves. Back for vehicles behind, chest for vehicles ahead at junctions, sleeves because that is where movement draws the eye. Most jackets have reflective on one surface, if any.
Curved sleeves and corrugations
The sleeves are cut pre-bent to follow the reach to the bars. Leather corrugations across the back and sleeves work like an accordion — they open as you stretch forward and close when you sit up, so a tight racing fit does not restrict movement.

Care
Remove the protectors before cleaning. Store on a wide hanger away from direct heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after riding. Apply leather conditioner two or three times a year, avoiding the reflective elements.
