Ordered this Apron & we were absolutely blow away when we received finished product. The quality & hand craftsmanship is amazing that words can’t describe how beautiful this apron looks in person. The detailing placed into etching the logo onto this apron is very precise & I can tell the individual placed time & emphasize creating this masterpiece. It took some time to receive after we placed the order but when we did receive the apron it was absolutely 100 % well worth the wait. The seller was very helpful & really did everything to ensure my order was everything that I explained to him. He communicated with me via email & answered my questions without hesitation & responded to the emails in a timely manner. We will contact you within 1 – 2 working days and send you all the required information needed to return the package or options of how we can exchange your product.
We will not reimburse or exchange products until we receive the package. After receiving the package we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
*Personalized/engraved products can’t be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Returning an order due to these additional duties will not be considered a valid reason.
Note: The costs of returning are at the expense of the customer. We will only reimburse these costs if an incorrect delivery has been made (read: other product delivered than ordered / damaged product delivered)
