Leather Camera Neck Strap — Handmade in Brown or Black
A handmade leather camera strap that carries the camera at chest height, ready to lift and shoot. Made from full grain leather in brown or black, with free engraving of initials, a name or a studio logo.
The strap that comes in the box is nylon webbing with plastic hardware. It works, and it looks like every other strap in the room. Leather softens where it bends and darkens where you handle it, so a strap that has been on a hundred shoots looks better than one out of the box.

Brown or black

Full grain leather is the outermost layer of the hide, with the grain intact. That is what makes it both supple against the neck and strong enough to carry a body with a fast lens without stretching. Nylon holds its shape until it does not, then frays at the edges.

What is the difference between a camera neck strap and a harness? A neck strap carries one camera from your neck at chest height. A harness distributes the weight of one or two cameras across both shoulders and the upper back, which matters on long shoots with heavy glass.
Is leather more comfortable than nylon? Leather is wider at the neck and softens with use, so it does not dig in the way a thin nylon band can over a full day of shooting. It is heavier than nylon — that is the trade-off.

We will not reimburse or exchange products until we receive the package. After receiving the package we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
*Personalized/engraved products can’t be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Returning an order due to these additional duties will not be considered a valid reason.
